My routine was very random. I don't know what to eat. I am eating when I am hungry, otherwise I am not eating all day. Most of the day I would eat some kind of tea biscuit in the morning and once at night. I thought it was dieting. In fact, it was the complete opposite, my weight was going up the fence.
I first started eating at 5 o'clock. Holding the hand of the clock. A certain amount of time to eat should be strictly maintained, it is very useful to lose weight. That's what scientists say, but I'm proof of it myself. In the morning, I ate his full breakfast, whatever my mind wanted. Tea and biscuits around 11 o'clock. Then at noon a little polao rice or bread (I can't eat boiled rice). Sometime in the afternoon some tea, sometime biscuits or fruit.
2. A Perfect Sleep: I used to stay up very late at night. I would go to bed at 3/4 pm and wake up after 10 am. Some days it would be 11 o'clock. That's why I have brought sleep in the middle of my routine. I wake up at 8 in the morning and go to bed at exactly one in the night. Because of this wonderful routine my irritable mood and dark circle problems are completely gone. At the same time, the tendency to eat junk food has decreased.
3. Oil Free Food: One of the things I've done to improve my diet has been to reduce my intake of oil. No, I didn't. But now I use half of the oil I used to use before cooking. I eat less fried food. Even after playing, it absorbs the oil with a tissue and then bakes it in the oven. In fact, having a routine diet also reduces the interest in fried foods.
4. Try To Eat fruit And Vegetable: I no longer eat cooked fruits or vegetables. Which I eat, as a raw salad. Mainly cucumber, carrot, apple, tomato, coriander leaves, lemon etc. are in my salad. Comes with sour yogurt. Eating cooked vegetables is not really good for your health. I have this salad with two meals a day.
*APPENDIX: The bottom line is that if I had lost a little weight, I would have doubled it again, but I'm not gaining weight anymore. Rather it is constantly decreasing. Weight loss of 10 kg in 4 months, permanently. And without any diet and exercise. You can make these positive small changes in your life and you too can become healthy.
